Modeling is not just about clothes , it's about attitude.

Anu Dagar was born in Delhi on 19th September 1984. She pursued her early and higher education from Delhi and was also the president of kamla Nehru College Delhi University in (2003-04). She started her career as a journalist in electronic media & worked as a news anchor and continued to be the one for about 10 years. She then decided to take plunge from media and journalism to create ADA MRS. INDIA in the year 2015. Having been a student leader in her college days she was well aware of the limitations that the Indian women had to face in the society, hence she founded ADA MRS. INDIA to provide better opportunities and prospects to the talents of Indian women which otherwise remains dormant in the rigors of household responsibilities. Since then she has tirelessly worked for women upliftment by organizing various events and exhibitions. In the same year she established THE SUNNY SEVEN, an event management and consultancy company with a vision of providing unlimited opportunities and new horizons to tap women’s hidden talent.

She has so far organized various national marathons in Dehradun for empowerment of women all over and spreading awareness in respect of their safety, health, education, equal rights etc. India heritage lifestyle exhibition is her signature event and she has also organized other international exhibitions in association with countries like Pakistan, Russia, Dubai & many more.

ADA MRS. INDIA & MRS. INDIA CLASSIC (plus size) was the first and biggest beauty pageant in Dehradun organized by ADA WOMEN’S FOUNDATION in association with SUNNY SEVEN, it has already completed its 3 successful editions and is already gearing up for its 4th. The event has produced winners for India to represent at international stage as well.

Anu Dagar started ADA MRS. INDIA with a motive to provide a stage to all those who were unable to pursue their passion due to various possible reasons. She is a firm believer of the idea that every women is beautiful in her own way and is full of potential which when nurtured properly could yield extraordinary results. The noble cause of uplifting women has taken a more serious path towards women empowerment & spreading awareness in every sector like health, safety, education, legal, career etc. Our upcoming project involves spreading awareness to under privileged women regarding their menstrual health and promoting use of tampons and menstrual cups for better health benefits.

ANU DAGAR is also founder of ADA WOMENS FOUNDATION which is a special wing created in the year 2015 to deal with the problems of hygiene and health of women. The main focus of ADA WOMEN’S FOUNDATION is to address the issues regarding menstrual health of women in India especially in rural areas where periods are still considered as a TABOO. We aim towards spreading awareness among these underprivileged women who remain unaware of the developments in this field and still depend on using a cloth for their period cycle, our goal is to familiarize them with the concept tampons and menstrual cups (which are reusable) and much cheaper options when compared to pads, for this we aim to interact and survey as many villages as possible and consolidate the data so as to come up with proper solutions.
